At Aver Active®, we want you to feel confident in your performance gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Our streamlined process ensures that if your fit isn't perfect, we'll get you back into the right gear as quickly as possible.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are still attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
